Do this exercise to rehab or strengthen the muscles that support the elbow. You will complete hundreds if not thousand of repetitions a day. The whole key is to extend the arm fully while there is resistance against it. The further down you flex the spring the more resistance there will be. You dont need or want a lot of resistance on this exercise since these muscles are delicate. Be sure to lock your arm out as much as possible to work the elbow muscles and you wont always flex the spring even half way down.
